David Buckley, CEO and CTO

David has spent over 17 years in wireless. Prior to starting R4 Mobile, David was Vice President and General Manager for Community Services at Motricity. David joined Motricity through its acquisition of M7 Networks, where David was co-founder and CTO. At M7 Networks, David was responsible for all technical aspects of the company's white-labeled mobile community services including product strategy, development and operations. Previously, David led technology initiatives at Airtouch, General Instruments, and the Space and Navel Warfare System. David earned his BA in Mathematics from University of California, San Diego.

Mark Munoz, COO and CFO

Prior to starting R4 Mobile with David Buckley, Mark was the Vice President at Motricity leading the sales efforts for the company's mobile community offering to carriers and portals. Before Motricity, Mark was COO and co-founder of M7 Networks, the leader provider of white-labeled community services for carriers, which was acquired by Motricity in 2005. Mark managed all of M7 Networks, business aspects including business development, sales, marketing and finance. Before M7 Networks, Mark managed capital markets business for over ten years at Bankers Trust, Lehman Brothers and Bank of America in the U.S. and overseas. Mark earned his MBA from the University of Chicago and his undergraduate degree at Miami University.
